Robin Golf Club - Junior Open (18 Hole Medal Rules)

1. The 18 hole medal competition is open to Junior members of recognised golf clubs, who are aged 18 and under on 1st January of the year played. Eligible playing handicaps under the current WHS are 0-36 for both boys & girls.
2. The Junior competition committee reserves the right to refuse entry without having to give a reason.
3. In the event of a competitor having to withdraw 72 hours before the competition date the entry
fee will not be refunded.
4. The competition committee reserves the right to amend starting times.
5. Competitors must conform to the Rules of Golf as approved by The Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and the local rules of Robin Hood Golf Club.
6. All ties will be decided by the last 6, 3 or 1 holes of the card.
7. Play will be off the White Tees (boys) & Red Tees (Girls)
8. All disputes shall be decided by the junior competition committee whose decision will be final.
9. Robin Hood Golf Club cannot accept responsibility for thefts and accidents and competitors must carry their own insurance.
10. Competitors must protect themselves in Health and Safety matters, especially should there be a danger from lightning, when play must stop immediately and not be resumed until the danger has passed.
11. If there is a one blast of a klaxon, play must stop immediately and not be resumed until two short blasts of the klaxon are heard.
12. Competitors must comply with any further conditions advised on the day of the competition. These will be advised upon arrival at the golf club.
13. Adult caddies (over 18 years of age) are not allowed.
