Competition entrants under the age of 18, who enter online, are required to complete the Emergency Parent/Guardian/Doctor + photographic consent form (just download the entry form where it appears at the end) and either email to administrator@robinhoodgolfclub.co.uk or forward by post to Robin Hood Golf Club, St Bernard’s Road, Solihull, West Midlands B92 7DL. This signed form is a condition of entry.
