ABNORMAL COURSE CONDITION (RULE 16.1) Exposed membrane around trees is Ground Under Repair. Interference exists and relief may be taken if ball is on or touching the exposed membrane. Interference does not exist if the exposed membrane only interferes with the player’s stance. See back of card for other Local Rules.
