Temporary Local Rule - Abnormal Course Conditions (Rule 16.1) - Exposed membrane around trees is Ground Under Repair. Interference exists and relief may be taken if ball is on or touching the exposed membrane. Interference does not exist if the exposed membrane only interferes with the player’s stance. Exposed rubber crumb in the front greenside bunker on 1st hole is GUR. Interference exists and relief may be taken if the condition interferes with the player's stroke. Free relief may be taken in the bunker (or outside the bunker under penalty of one shot). Interference does not exist if the condition only interferes with the player's stance.
