The weather was forecast to get milder as the day went on but how wrong they were with those out first getting the mildest of the day and consequently the warm weather provided for the majority of the best scores coming from the early tee times.
4 of the 5 69's tee'd off midday or before with first man out, Ashley Wilding taking the Robin Hood Bowl.
