Membership Categories

Full Members:  Full access to the course, and able to vote and stand for the Board. This is the category for golfers who wish to test themselves in our large range of Stableford, Medal and Knock-out competitions, mostly at week ends, and of course lots of social golf.

Restricted A: limited access to the course, all day Monday to Friday, but afternoons only at weekends. Able to vote and stand for the Board. Members in this category can enjoy our many mid-week competitions, as well as a full program of turn up and play social golf.

Associate: Ages 18-21, 22-25 and 26-29. Full access to the course, but not able to vote or stand for the Board. This is a reduced fee category for our younger members who may play in most of our competitions including week end Stableford, Medal and Knock outs.

Academy: Aged 8-11. The category for the future low handicappers of our Club

Junior:  Ages 12-15 and 16-17. Some restrictions to course access. Younger members in this category may only be allowed on the course with adult supervision.

Country: This category is primarily for members who move away from the area but wish to retain a connection with Robin Hood. The requirement being, the members home address (not a holiday home) is more than 25 miles from Robin Hood.The Country member may play up to 12 times in any one subscription year. They may play in all competitions except Board and Knock Outs. Payment must be made in full, instalments will not be permitted.
