Thanks to all the participants for taking part and particularly to those who entered their score by phone or touchscreen. Doing so makes it so much quicker for the volunteer doing the results. Entering your score on the day will become a competition requirement once we get to WHS in November. All the volunteers hope that the standard of card marking will also improve by then. It was poor again for this event.
This was an unusual Societies Day with the Covid restrictions preventing the meal and other traditions.
There was one outstanding individual performance, namely Ray Estall, representing EGGS, scoring 42 points. Sadly for Ray there are no prizes this year but a heavy handicap cut will apply.
Congratulations to FAGS who won the event comfortably with a combined 209 points. The full team results are as follows:
