A fantastic day for the Seniors Autumn Pairs Open, played in fine conditions and with a great turnout from members and visitors alike. The competition produced some excellent scoring, with several pairs tied at the top and countback required to decide the winners.

1st Place (£100 each / £200 pair): Michael Thornton (15) & Philip Clarke (15) – 44 pts (on countback)
2nd Place (£75 each / £150 pair): Robin Richards (21) & Martin Hewitt (18) – 44 pts
3rd Place (£60 each / £120 pair): Christopher O’Sullivan (15) & William Brennan (20) – 43 pts
4th (£50 each / £100 pair): David Powell (12) & Richard Garside (12) – 43 pts
5th (£40 each / £80 pair): David Baker (11) & Alan Foxwell (8) – 43 pts
A special congratulations to Philip Clarke for his hole-in-one on the 11th hole, adding an unforgettable highlight to the day.
